If I'm out of pocket later I'll be with Reza Aslan

If time and traffic allow I may try to get into Tacoma this evening to hear Reza Aslan at The University of Puget Sound. Details of his lecture are here. Looks promising. His No god but God: The Origins, Evolution, and Future of Islam was well-received (reviews are here at Aslan's site although I suppose he'd not provide anything too negative) and if nothing else I'll try to track down a cope ... or perhaps even overcome my growing Scottish tendencies toward frugality and make a purchase.
