Former Bama JuCo head Roy Johnson cuts deal

Brett Blackledge of the B'ham News reports Former 2-year college chancellor Roy Johnson enters formal guilty plea in federal court. He pled to each and every one of the fifteen counts and "he agreed to cooperate with federal investigators as they continue their probe of a corruption scheme that tapped more than $18.3 million of taxpayer money from the two-year college system." I bet there's is even more serious sweating going on up on Goat Hill now that the deal is done. If $18.3 million was in fact involved there ought to be plenty of people facing troubles. John Gunn
