On the wish list ~ Jeff Sharlet's "The Family"

The Family: The Secret Fundamentalism at the Heart of American Power might be another one that I'll need to read. I don't want to get off in tin foil hat land but he's raising some seriously conspiratorial themes here. Nevertheless, Jeff Sharlet seems like a legit source. Yet when will I find the time? Seriously, to carve out space for reading is becoming a daunting task. One of the positives I imagined about enlisting was that I'd have time to read and write. That's hardly working out so great.
