Bu$hCo's EPA Narrowly Rebuked by Supremes
Dubyah's dynamic duo John Roberts and Samuel Alito joined Uncle Clarence and Antonin Scalia in the minority yet the Supreme Court blasted the EPA today. The WaPo's William Branigin reports, "In reaching its decision, the court's majority ruled that carbon dioxide and other emissions that trap heat in the earth's atmosphere fit the definition of "air pollutants" under the Clean Air Act and that the government thus has the authority to regulate them." Power to the People, and Peace ... or War!
