Restoring the Supreme Court to a less radical bent is of course at stake in this election and Miss Lilly helps prove that point rather nicely. Perhaps Lilly should have filed her EEOC complaint earlier yet the manner in which her case was decided still strikes me as perfectly poor form. John Gunn
