Over to the left you'll see Harriet Miers going over something, perhaps one of her infamous notes, with Dubyah. My understanding is the image is from exactly seven years ago. Then again she might be helping him blow off the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) given to him that very day. More mainstream coverage of the PDB comes via Time's now dinged Matt Cooper and Viveca Novak joined by Elaine Shannon.
