The Alexander City Outlook reports Kellum responds to arrest, charges with an Editor's note reading, "The following statement was provided to The Outlook by Alexander City mayoral candidate Tim Kellum, who on Wednesday, was charged for possession of marijuana, attempting to allude (Outlook ... let those without sin cast the first stone as it is "elude" rather than "allude"!) and DUI during a traffic stop in Jackson’s Gap.
