And you thought Bu$h Buddy "Kenny Boy" had the only Texas outfit that cooked the books! It turns out Rod Paige's DOE political appointees pushed the professionals to bend the rules so big dollar grants would flow to Bu$h buddies and other conservatives like Virtuous Bill Bennett. Worst administration ever! Peace ... or War!
